• Experience in recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing security personnel and making hiring recommendations

• Experience in developing and implementing recruitment plans and strategies to meet organizational needs

Competency Skills:

• Knowledge of security industry regulations and requirements

• Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes specific to security personnel

• Understanding of security clearance procedures and background checks

• Ability to develop and implement training programs for security personnel

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for conducting training sessions and providing feedback

• Ability to assess training needs and create development plans for security personnel

Experience:

• Minimum four (4) years experience in security industry

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure

• Advanced knowledge of security procedures and protocols

• Familiarity with security equipment such as CCTV cameras, alarms, and other electronic security systems

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Work Space,  and other relevant software
